Dei, Martiena Toscana Bianco 2019

Tasting notes
Martiena has a lively straw colour, with complex aromas of fresh tropical fruit and white and yellow flowers. Aromas and flavours of grapefruit, kiwi, peach, passion fruit, mango, bell pepper with herbs such as sage and thyme and a mineral note like wet stone. An ideal white wine for summer with the balance of all the elements in an extraordinary way with subtle minerality and a pleasant crisp.

Gastronomy
An Italian wine that’s perfectly combine with Italian cuisine. It is also a fabulous companion to antipasti, seafood, garden pastas and fresh cheeses like Marzolino or goat cheese.

Vineyards
The soils on which the vine is grown are clayey, with an admixture of tuff mixtures. Vineyard height: 250 m above sea level.The wines of 2019 are very interesting and of very high quality. Upon tasting, the wines present intense colours, an excellent ar- omatic expression of the varie- tal and a very nice freshness

Aging method
Destemming-crushing, soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine matures in stainless steel for 3 months and 6 months in the bottle.
