Pale yellow color and fine medium sized bubbles. Aromas of green apples, pear and white flowers. Medium bodied, correct with a decent length. Ripe apple, pear, peach, lemon. Back palate has a hint of sweetness.

Prosecco is an Extra Dry Spumante, you can scent right away the fresh and velvety scents of summer fruits like Golden Delicious apple, peach, pear, lemon and hint of acacia blossom, perfect as an aperitif and to liven up a party.

With the freshness, creamy tasting, this wine can go well with fried seafood, sushi, cured meats, vegetarian dishes and appetizers, or just enjoying it alone as aperitif.
Vineyards
Prosecco Extra Dry, is sourced from a small, family estate in the Veneto. It is of the wonderfully engaging style with bright fruity aromas and suave mouth-feel delivered with an light effervescence that brings one back to the glass again and again.
Aging method
Cold maceration of the grapes, natural fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Sparkling fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks for one month.
