On the notes, there are prominent floral, litchi and peach notes. The palate is flooded with richness, minerality, and weight from the wine&#8217;s alcohol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gastronomy:<\/strong><br \/>\nPasta dishes, especially with creamy sauces, are the ideal choice for this wine. Ideally, it would be vegetable or chicken-based.
