Château Vartely, Individo Rară Neagră – Malbec – Syrah 2018

Characteristics
Tasting notes
A strong red wine that’s balanced, fruity, smooth and non tannic. Fruitiness of Malbec and piquancy of Syrah emphasize the nobility of Rară Neagră, culminating in hues of oak. Superb aromas of cherry and blackberry, adding masculine note of tobacco and earthy notes in taste.
Gastronomy
This wine can be paired with red meat dishes, strong cheese like Rochefort, Parmesan, Pecorino, Manchego & Grana-Padano or simply long evening with friends.
Vineyards
Grown and harvested in vineyards in the south of Moldova, in the Bugeac region, grapes Rara Neagra, Malbec and Syrah have become the basis of wine with intense color and bright tones.
Aging method
The wine is aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Awards
Has been awarded with Gold medal at Portugal Wine Trophy 2016.
