Produced by natural fermentation from grapes of the Muscat group, this sparkling wine maintains the virgin taste of the must with the high concentration of natural glucose and low alcohol content. It is distinguished by its golden color and the developed bouquet, supplemented by the fresh taste of ripe grapes.

Made from Muscat grapes from the vineyards of southern Moldova, this sparkling wine is perfect for (almost) every occasion because of its light sweetness, acidity and fresh aroma. Aging method
Natural fermentation in controlled environment. Process is known as Methode Charmat, Metodo Martinotti. It is worth mentioning that Cricova is among the 4 biggest sparkling wine producers in post-Soviet Russia. Peak production of sparkling wines ‘Methode Traditionelle’ in 1992 amounted to 12 million bottles, all managed by hand.
