Made from Muscat grapes from the vineyards of southern Moldova, this sparkling wine is perfect for (almost) every occasion because of its light sweetness, acidity and fresh aroma. With low alcohol content and easy drinking taste, this is the ideal choice for those who are starting to get acquainted with wine in general and sparkling wine in particular.

Aging method
Natural fermentation in controlled environment. Process is known as Methode Charmat, Metodo Martinotti. It is worth mentioning that Cricova is among the 4 biggest sparkling wine producers in post-Soviet Russia. Peak production of sparkling wines ‘Methode Traditionelle’ in 1992 amounted to 12 million bottles, all managed by hand.
