Tasting notes
Made in central Moldova, home to excellent quality white grapes, Cricova sparkling wine has a light straw yellow hue that offers top notes of yeast and toast, green apples, sunflower seeds and almonds at the end. The flavor blends perfectly thanks to the noble acidity, harmonious taste, long-lasting bubble.
Gastronomy
With a moderate and balanced alcohol content, this is a suitable wine to go with food, especially seafood like swordfish tartare and oysters, or fine cheeses.

Aging method
The wine is using the oldest and most respected sparkling wine process (Methode Champenoise/ Methode Traditionelle). Fermentation and maturation 4 years in bottle.
